Company ("Argesan/Service Provider") explains the principles followed
by Argesan in collecting and using personal information to fulfill the
disclosure obligation under the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal
Data, in order to ensure that you complete your visit to and service
procurement process on www.argesanshop.com ("Site") established to
meet the needs of customers for stainless steel materials and accessories as
well as all decorative materials in the safest and most comfortable manner.
Argesan adopts this Privacy Policy regarding the confidentiality, use, and
other relevant matters of the information shared by members through the Site.
This Privacy Policy and Personal Data text has been prepared in accordance with the "Principles and Procedures to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform" dated March 10, 2018, enacted within the scope of the Law. Argesan reserves the right to update the information text on the protection of personal data implemented in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law in line with any changes that may be made in the current legislation.

Registration Information: To benefit from Argesan services, you need to register with Argesan. You should enter your username, surname, nationality, password, email address, gender, and residential address to register. If you wish to register with third-party accounts (such as Google or Facebook accounts), we will record the information that the relevant third-party account belongs to you during this registration process.
Invoice Details: When making payments to Argesan, you need to provide invoice details such as name, address, phone number, email address, trade name, tax office, and tax number, as well as financial information related to the payment method you choose (such as credit card number, expiration date, bank account number).
